Delegate tasks to all other officers, send out emails to members and officers before every meeting/event, organize and oversee everything for the club, run meetings, make final decisions, ensure well-being of club as a whole.
Take attendance at meetings and events, keep track of each member's points, decide point values for each meeting/event, make sure everyone knows the membership requirements, make warning slips periodically, answer any questions members might have about membership take minutes at every meeting and send to all officers and advisors, newsletter submissions.
Keep records of Tri-M's money, keep money safe and organized, reimburse officers and members, organize and run fund-raisers for the Tri-M account.
Document every event, take pictures, compile annual scrapbook.
Maintain website.
Organize and oversee current fundraising efforts, including bake sales and cookie dough sales, research new fundraising opportunities.
Make sure events run smoothly on the day of the event, make sure we have all the SUPPLIES needed for each event (decorations/food/signs/etc.), make sure we have enough members at each event, think of every aspect of each event that needs attending to and make sure someone is taking care of every job.
